Job Description

Join the world's most innovative cruise line as an Executive Chef and lead culinary operations aboard our state-of-the-art vessels. You'll be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for up to 4,000 guests daily while managing a diverse team of culinary professionals from around the globe.

As Executive Chef, you'll oversee all galley operations, menu development, and food safety protocols while ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. This is an incredible opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise on an international stage while traveling to some of the world's most beautiful destinations.

💰 Compensation: Highly competitive salary package commensurate with experience. Salary details will be discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all galley operations and food production across multiple venues

• Supervise and mentor a team of 50+ culinary professionals from diverse backgrounds

• Develop innovative seasonal menus and specialty dining concepts

• Ensure strict compliance with USPH, HACCP, and international food safety standards

• Manage food costs, inventory, and waste reduction initiatives

• Collaborate with Food & Beverage management on guest satisfaction initiatives

• Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of executive chef experience in high-volume operations

• Maritime or cruise ship culinary experience strongly preferred

• Culinary degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment with diverse teams

• Physical stamina to work long hours in a demanding environment

• Valid STCW Basic Safety Training certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Clean criminal background check and ability to obtain C1/D visa
